Overview:
KLO Sports is dedicated to promoting and professionalising sports through impactful communication and strategic presentation. As part of this vision, the organisation required redesigned presentation decks for Rugby and Kho Kho that could effectively engage sponsors, stakeholders, partners, and sporting communities. At Vaye Design Lab, we transformed the existing presentations into a cohesive visual system that reflects the energy, competitiveness, and professionalism of each sport. By combining strong design principles with clear storytelling, we created presentations that are visually engaging, easy to navigate, and built for future growth.
Challenges:
The challenge was to redesign information-heavy sports presentations without compromising clarity or impact. The existing decks lacked a consistent visual identity and needed to communicate complex information in a way that was engaging, sponsor-ready, and easy to understand. Our approach focused on creating a flexible presentation design system with dynamic layouts, clear visual hierarchy, refined typography, effective data visualisation, and impactful sports imagery. While maintaining a unified design language across both presentations, we ensured that Rugby and Kho Kho each retained their own unique personality and visual character.
